Whatever street-cred I had will be null and void after this post, but what the hell.. I luuuuuurrrrrrve the department store John Lewis' Christmas ad. Apparently, it's quite a thing over here; like, you know it's officially Xmas time when you see the John Lewis Xmas ad on TV!
While I REALLY (tearfully) like their Xmas ad - I think that they need to pay more attention to their branding. Their store front's are looking dated...
And don't get me started on their carrier bag. It's plasticness is going to kill the environment AND it's ugly. No excuses. None.

I can't explain it. I am suddenly super pro-Novembeard! I found myself blushing profusely today when I came across an EXTREMELY good looking man on the train - who was sporting more facial hair that Roald Dahl's infamous Mr Twit from "The Twits".
Another chap who has done the beard credit is Justin Theroux. Have. HUGE. Crush. On. Him. Now.

But seriously - all the chaps sporting a little extra facial hair this month get my support. It's for a great cause and worth reaching in one's pocket for...
The latest contributer to my massive weight gain was a cupcake from Bea's which my boss foisted on me... Damn you, cupcake, damn you!!!

Yep - time to start with the Xmas shopping for presents etc. I cannot wait. Sipping Gingerbread Lattes (see last entry), shopping, skating in the park, shopping, mulled wine, shopping!!! I am a sucker for all the promotional magazines coming out at the moment. I saw this in the gift ideas section of "Stylist" - and WANT ONE SO BADLY!!!!

I haven't updated my blog in a while - and it is not for a lack of cool, but rather laziness and the lack of a laptop. Hopefully that issue will be sorted out soon. It's the 20th Century dammit. The fact that I see and chat to people face to face is preposterous! Bring on the Skype and the Facebook so that I can launch into uninhibited exhibitionism about how much fun I am having *cough*
Speaking of fun - my highlight this month is that Costa and Starbucks have launched their Xmas range of hot drinks! Starbucks lost favour with me as they only do the Gingerbread Latte during the festive season - whereas Costa do it all year round!!!
While this may seem quite sad, as you plan your weekend of cocktail drinking at the beach - Gingerbread Lattes were on my list of "Reasons to Move To the UK"!!!!
