I luuuuuurrrrrrve the department store John Lewis' Christmas ad. Apparently, it's quite a thing over here; like, you know it's officially Xmas time when you see the John Lewis Xmas ad on TV!

While I REALLY (tearfully) like their Xmas ad - I think that they need to pay more attention to their branding. Their store front's are looking dated...

And don't get me started on their carrier bag. It's plasticness is going to kill the environment AND it's ugly. No excuses. None.
