This weekend - I had the pleasure of taking my daddy, #1 and his gal to the best show EVER!*
To summarise; the show recounts the events of an evening where Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins and Jerry Lee Lewis met at a studio where they had their musical roots and jammed together.
The show was extremely entertaining, moving, exciting, and generally hand-clapping-foot-stompingly good!
The best bit? Getting to see the smile on my dad's face before, during and after the show. He is Elvis MAD! (And Johnny Cash mad for that matter... too, too sweet!) x
*Okay, it may not be the best show EVER... But it was on the 23rd of September 2011 as it was the one I was watching ;-)
